Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office programs

Strong organizational and time management skills

Previous experience working in a law firm or similar office
Basic knowledge of English
Proficiency in digital archiving and office software
Responsibilities:
Tracking document entry and exit
Managing telephone, courier, and appointment traffic
Organization of office supplies and replenishment of shortages
Providing support to relevant persons, delivering documents, and performing filing operations.
