Job Description:
Support the daily administrative operations of the law firm. Manage document organization, appointments, telephone and email traffic, archiving, and internal office organization.

Requirements:

  • At least a high school graduate, preferably with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree

  • Proficient in MS Office programs

  • Regular, careful, and disciplined work habits

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a law firm or similar office

  • Basic knowledge of English

  • Proficiency in digital archiving and office software

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking document entry and exit

  • Managing telephone, courier, and appointment traffic

  • Organization of office supplies and replenishment of shortages

  • Providing support to relevant persons, delivering documents, and performing filing operations.
