Av. Mahmut Barlas is one of our firm’s partners and he oversees our commercial litigation, cross-border dispute resolution, white-collar investigation and corporate support practice groups.

Av. Mahmut Barlas provides legal services to many multinational and Turkish companies from different industries such as pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, reinsurers, insurers, logistics companies, security providers, automotive industry players and other manufacturing lines. He is highly experienced in dispute resolution.

Av. Mahmut Barlas has extensive experience is a regarded white-collar investigations lawyer. He has represented companies in many types of fraud cases for both civil and criminal litigation and has a very efficient network of lawyers and professionals globally. Also he is one of the few lawyers in Türkiye specialized in international criminal proceedings as to extradition/INTERPOL investigations, asylum proceedings and political international disputes.

In addition to legal consultancy services, he is also the head of project and client development department of Durukan and has very close ties and affiliations to so many multinational law firms and legal networks.
