Job Description:
Conducting legal proceedings required by clients, preparing case files, reviewing contracts, and providing consulting services. Representing clients in courts and official institutions.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid license to practice law in Turkey

• Preferably experienced in commercial law, labor law, or contract law

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills

• Team player, solution-oriented, and responsible

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Master’s degree in international law or other fields

• Experience in developing litigation strategies

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and follow-up of court cases

• Establishing communication with the client

• Review/preparation of contracts and legal documents

• Monitoring legal developments and regulatory changes
