Biography
Ahmet Serdar Sipahi graduated from Kırıkkale University Faculty of Law. After his graduation, he started his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association.
Serdar provides legal services to insurance companies for handling insurance claims related to all sorts of third-party coverage, which includes construction all-risk, assembly all-risk, employer’s liability and general liability coverage disputes.
His line of work also includes settlement of insurance claims via settlement or mediation agreements and/or other alternative dispute resolution.
Stj. Av. Ahmet Serdar Sipahi participated in numerous social responsibility projects and legal certificate programs during her education. Serdar has been working at Durukan Law Firm since 2024.
