Av. Pelin Yücetürk

Biyografi

Pelin Yücetürk graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Law. During her university education, she studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Cologne for 1 year with the Erasmus program. After her graduation, she completed her legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association. In addition, she is currently studying at Anadolu University, Department of International Relations.

Currently, she mainly works in the fields of disputes regarding material/physical damages resulting from traffic accidents, Insurance Arbitration Disputes, Compensation Law, Enforcement Law, and has gained experience in many different disciplines of insurance law. She also provides legal services to insurance companies regarding insurance claims and loss of value claims regarding all kinds of material guarantees and leads her team in this regard. She also focuses on commercial litigation.

She has German language certificates obtained at the University of Cologne.

Pelin has been working at Durukan Law Firm since 2024.
